4. Scope of services
pathorbitto provides ordinary commercial cleaning services as described on this website and as agreed in a written scope. pathorbitto does not perform hazardous-material cleaning, specialist industrial cleaning, regulated-waste handling, confined-space work, clinical-environment cleaning, pest control or any other activity requiring specialist certification or accreditation beyond ordinary commercial cleaning.
The client is responsible for disclosing any known hazards, access restrictions or regulatory requirements affecting the premises before services commence. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in suspension or termination of the cleaning arrangement.
5. Access and site conditions
The client is responsible for providing reliable and timely access to the premises as agreed in the written scope. Where access arrangements change, the client must notify pathorbitto in advance. pathorbitto accepts no liability for incomplete or missed attendances arising from access failures that are the client's responsibility.
6. Liability
pathorbitto will take reasonable care in the delivery of cleaning services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to the above, pathorbitto's total liability in connection with any service arrangement shall not exceed the value of fees paid in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pathorbitto accepts no liability for: losses arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client; damage arising from pre-existing conditions of the premises not disclosed before services commenced; or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the service arrangement was agreed.
