pathorbitto is committed to making this website accessible to as many people as possible, regardless of disability, assistive technology or browsing preference. This statement describes the accessibility of the website at pathorbitto.skin and how to report any issues you encounter.
Our accessibility approach
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including those who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technologies.
The measures we have implemented to support accessibility include:
- A skip link at the top of every page allowing keyboard users to bypass the navigation and go directly to the main content.
- Consistent focus indicators on all interactive elements, visible when navigating by keyboard.
- Semantic HTML throughout the site, with appropriate heading structure, landmark roles and list markup.
- ARIA attributes used where appropriate to support screen reader users — including
aria-label,aria-expanded,aria-current,aria-hiddenandaria-liveregions. - Colour combinations that meet WCAG AA contrast requirements for normal and large text.
- Text that can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or functionality.
- Interactive elements (buttons, links, form inputs) with clearly identifiable purpose.
- Form fields associated with labels using
forandidattributes. - All SVG icons marked with
aria-hidden="true"where they are decorative, with meaningful labels on interactive elements. - Motion reduced or disabled for users who have indicated a preference for reduced motion via their operating system settings (
prefers-reduced-motion). - No content that flashes more than three times per second.
- Mobile-responsive design that does not require horizontal scrolling at standard browser zoom levels.
- Cookie preferences panel with focus trapping and keyboard navigation support.
- Mobile navigation with focus management and Escape key support.
